I wish I could show this to the people who used to live here and tried to start a printshop in the first year. I’m proud of what I’ve made, and there’s part of me that made it for them. I hope they come visit someday and can see the results of the cool stuff they helped start.

Today, Major helped me drill some holes and hold boards in place. The last time those folks who tried to start a printshop would’ve seen Major, he was probably only five or six years old. Now he’s a teenager – keeping Jayne on her toes in video games, excelling in school, helping with printshop. I’m so proud of him, and I feel so lucky to be a part of his journey. One of the other kids, Ivy, is also really interested in the printshop – looking forward to sharing this new skill with them.
